Each of our 57 luxury guest rooms are set within 14 carefully designed Villas providing a haven of optimum comfort for the trendy traveller or businessman. Furnished with extra comfortable beds fitted with exquisite cotton, each room is fully-equipped with air-conditioning, heated towel rails, mini bars and Wi-Fi. Every Villa is prepared with well appointed lounge areas, dining rooms & beautiful gardens.
When taking a room in a Villa, the residents of that Villa (4 rooms max.) share the common facilities of the dining room, the lounge, and the outside seating areas (with the exception of the King Suite private outdoor patio). Occupying an entire Villa entitles the guest to exclusive use of all facilities within that Villa.

“One of the best addresses where I could sleep. I was lucky enough to have a VERY spacious villa just for me. Coup de chance or not, I do not know. The facilities are just outstanding and up to 5 stars. (Private pool, lounge to be able to meet and spend the evening, dining room and so much I was amazed at the services offered.I also had the opportunity to try the restaurant. Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms, very big and comfortable. WiFi really ok. Hotel with nice food. Good also the breakfast. Very nice and kind people. Highly recommended for a nice stay in Swaziland, for business but also for tourism with a closed natural parks.

Spent only a few days at The Royal Villas for business in a luxurious suite in one of the villas. Room was very large and clean. Customer service was excellent as I needed extra support for a business function. Grateful to staff that provided high quality and prompt service. Thank you

First Impressions Spacious clean and private. Excellent menu and ambient environment. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Easy to get around the villas with a vehicle as well as to walk. It is a very safe environment.

Great Place to Stay! This set of Villas is located in a valley and has lovely views from all around the site. My Villa was very spacious with a large bathroom as well as having access to various common areas. Everything was clean, well maintained and all the staff were helpful and friendly.
